Bal Bhullar brings over 20 years of experience in diversified business, investor relations, investment banking, financial & risk management experience as an Executive and Board Member in both public and private companies across various sectors, including automotive, technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, transport, energy, resource and health/wellness.

Over the past six years she has been primarily involved in the EV and Technology sectors and more notably as past CFO and Board Member of ElectraMeccanica Vehicles Corp. (NASDAQ: SOLO), past CFO of ReCar (ReBuild Manufacturing), past President of the BC Risk Management Association and has held positions as Board Member and Executive of several private and public companies. Bal had joined ElectraMeccanica when it was newly listed on NASDAQ. During Bal’s tenure at ElectraMeccanica, she raised over USD$330 million in capital funding and was instrumental in creating the infrastructure in all aspects from taking the company from pre-production to production from both operational and public company side. Currently Bal is also CEO/Founder/Board Member of BKB Management Ltd. Bal is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, a CRM designation from Simon Fraser University and a diploma in Financial Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
